Do you know a programming language? 3D animation? Could he conceptual art? I'm sure there will be positions as possible, but you must also be able to work with people who speak to occupy the positions indicated. I know that many programmers are socially awkward, and most artists are loners. While you can create a game that should be able to explain your idea in your head and on your computer.
You seem to be a game designer / producer role.
