Isn't filing a false C.P.S. report illegal? - illegal c.p.

Recently, I received a letter from the Department of Human Services, where I said that the 15th February in the hospital, a complaint of abuse and neglect of my son to me because of drugs in the womb. Even at 15, already had a confirmatory test drug and two different drug-to-child screens, which were all negative. Is not that the submission of a false report?
