BMI 13.5 is considered underweight. For some people is different. If you feel healthey and have lots of energy, I think they are good. But I'm not a doctor so maybe just to be sure, ask your doc. Test on the 2-mile, u should be fine sport is healthy.

AH! Girl! Thats way too thin? Eating healthier practice, if you, but you should still eat more! It is very healthy weight, very bad side effects can occur.

At the age of 16 years who are still growing and will continue for another 3 years, but it is a piece of bread for breakfast is not enough. What did your mother say? A normal BMI of 18 or older, what you really need a little meat on the bones! I have way, 20 to 25 miles per week, but a diet that supports the amount of excercse is the key (which, like many pastas, cereals, fruits, vegetables, etc..) If you are not feeding your body of all plenty of exercise. Your body needs fuel to meet! Visit this site (Eating Disorders) for further assistance www.edauk.com
