What oven for artisan bread? - used deck oven
Ovens different quote because I have a bakery and cafe opened bin. I Bongard deck ovens with steam generator with the charger, when I was in the kitchen of the school, and much more efficient, but about 70k. What other ovens would give me the same results in lookign for 2 ovens hand, but hard to find.

Used Deck Oven What Oven For Artisan Bread?

An oven at home is my favorite. We have a wider bridge to one of four students who were middle and bottom and fill the cooking surface stone. Used very difficult, but I've seen smaller ones for $ 400, so that it be cheap. Good luck.
