Is a pint of milk a good post workout drink when doing weights? - post workout drink

Or if you really are a protein shake?

The problem with protein drinks for me is that they are too expensive and taste.

The goal is to promote and create a bit of dough.

A liter of milk is a little vague, because nutrient values depend on the type of milk is. When I use the basic low-fat and contains an average of 19 g protein, 27.5g carbohydrates and 8.5 grams of fat. The problem with the milk after a workout is that it just does not offer your body with enough nutrients to balance your body do what you want to build muscle and lose is fat. Not enough protein, carbohydrates are not good enough and not too rich, especially after training.

The body needs about 40-60g of protein after workouts for weight and stay slim. With the creation of the mass, you may need as many again in early action of carbohydrates. For a complete source is not consumed approximately 225-250g chicken breast or salmon and 1 medium sweet potatoes or 115g white rice.

The benefits of protein drinks is its ease of digestion. Economically, they can work cheaper than the consumption of high quality, lean meat all day. The trick is to store and mixing systemsYou want to see ingredients such as berries or peanut butter. Whey protein is better and cheaper can be found at:

These protein sites, which means savings passed on to customers. I have their products and find them OK.

Immediately after training, I recommend a sports drink to replace minerals and electrolytes. Milk can be constipation.
