It's good to connect the things of the phone line. Theres one, because only a telephone on the wall that is connected to what. The phones are things that vampires are connected

I think you're referring to a DSL filter is plugged into the socket. Your DSL filter may have gone wrong or if you have a wireless connection, it is possible that the frequency of cell interferes with your modem or router.
