Do you use a tagine or pressure cooker more often? When making gamilas(unsure of spelling) do you use? - tagine pot buycheap

a pressure cooker or just a large saucepan. Oh, BTW, if you could give me the English names for spices would be greatly appreciated. My husband, friends and relatives Gamila more than I was visiting Morocco, and were very tasty. I would try to do what they are very simple, but I could not say the names of spices in English. Thanks

The cooking gameelah I use a pot if I use chicken, pressure cooker, so I do not beef or lamb. Gameelah is "pot" (as in the pressure cooker) in Morocco.
A simple chicken gameelah would / could


Chicken
chopped onion
Garlic, finely chopped
Ginger (fresh, finely chopped or ground is very good)
Turmeric
Salt
Pepper
chopped coriander and parsley
pitted green olives,
Olive

It is very simple, but very good. This is not really a court of a party, but to serve for a meal in the family is good. You can use the same ingredients with the meat, in fact, you can order any Veges you want. Sometimes I toss the potatoes in general, but the previous one.

True, if the rice in a pot that takes its time and it is well cooked

Gamila? "nice things" I'm confused. I will try to find them. Maybe I did not call it by that name.

I use a pressure cooker more often, because I'm not at home. Many people will tell you that a real tagine better because the sound is taste ... Clay pot is a whole genre of the kitchen to cook in clay PPL for many reasons, one of them is the taste.

I cook in a tagine slightly more often if you do not break it to us! The funny thing is that to break when my husband uses it and when I do. I think not swear the heat is too high to start, but. I think it's because we have a gas stove, so that one can not say how much he is hot.

Edit: LOL Wewantjustice jinjambre is ginger, which also mentions the cumin and turmeric and one other thing I can think of ...
