I have an LG Steam Washing Machine, and I wonder whether it is safe, laundry with the steam cycle, where the label indicates that washing with cold water?

No, not really. Water vapor is not cold. The reason why some require washing in cold water, it will be because of the dye reduces running with hot water or steam, or the garment. Use cold water sections labeled "with cold water.
